Little Dish are currently giving away a free 200g kids meal up to the value of £3 to parents across the UK. The coupon can be used on selected Little Dish meals while stocks last.

Where can I redeem my free Little Dish coupon?
The free meal voucher can be redeemed in-store at:
- Tesco
- Sainsbury’s
- Morrisons
- Asda
- Waitrose
You can also use it online through Ocado.
How to redeem your Little Dish free meal coupon
To claim your free meal:
- Visit the Little Dish offer page
- Fill in your details to request a digital coupon
- Once received, scan the coupon at checkout when buying your chosen Little Dish meal
If you’re purchasing through Ocado, you must purchase the item as normal, and then submit a cashback claim by showing your email receipt.
There’s a limit of one free meal voucher per person.
When does the offer end?
The promotion is running until 31 May 2026, or until all available vouchers have been claimed, whichever comes first. Only 7,000 vouchers are available, so it’s worth signing up sooner rather than later.
