Baby events are big sales hosted by supermarkets and popular high street chains, where you can get major discounts on a range of baby products.
These events usually include deals on nappies, wipes, baby food, pushchairs, car seats, nursery furniture, clothing, and feeding essentials.
From big names like Pampers and Tommee Tippee, to own brand bargains, you can definitely save some cash shopping at baby events. But you better be quick if you want in on the action, they don’t last long!

Aldi Baby & Toddler Event 2026
Aldi’s Baby & Toddler events are definitely one of the most popular in the UK, thanks to low prices on baby essentials like wipes, sleepwear, toys, and nursery bits and bobs.
They also have limited big ticket items, like prams, high chairs, and baby gates in their baby Specialbuys weeks.
When is the next Aldi Baby & Toddler event?
The last Aldi baby event was 6th April 2026. Aldi usually runs Baby & Toddler events every 3-4 months, so the next predicted event date is September 2026.
Asda Baby & Toddler Event 2026
Asda’s Baby & Toddler Event is a huge event for parents, covering both George kids and baby clothing and essentials like nappies and wipes, plus baby bath products, weaning snacks, and loads more!
Make sure you download their Asda Rewards app to save even more on selected baby purchases.
When is the next Asda Baby & Toddler event?
The last confirmed Asda Baby & Toddler Event was 20th April 2026. They often run the next one alongside their back to school promotions in August 2026.
Lidl Baby Event 2026
Lidl’s Baby Event is another one to watch for great baby deals, especially when it comes to toys and bigger items like play pens and travel accessories from trusted brands in their middle aisles.
When is the next Lidl Baby Event?
Lidl Baby Events typically tend to return twice a year, in late January and early September. However, I’ve heard through the grapevine that the next date is 14th June 2026, alongside some of their own brand Lupilu launches.
Morrisons Baby & Toddler Event 2026
Morrisons is one of my favourite supermarkets, especially for cute baby outfits! Their Baby Events offer up to a whopping 50% discount on nappies, wipes, formula, and feeding accessories. Sometimes, they even offer better than half price deals!
You can expect to see some popular brands on offer like Pampers, Johnson’s Baby, and plenty more. The deals are available both in-store and online, with further savings if you join the Baby Club on their More app.
When is the next Morrisons Baby Event?
The last confirmed Morrisons Baby Event was 15th April 2026. They tend to have a few sales throughout the year, with one in January, April, and the next one predicted for August 2026.
They can be quite random though to keep an eye out when you’re next in store!
Ocado Baby & Toddler Event 2026
Ocado host up to four baby events throughout the year, offering generous discounts on all your favourite baby brands, delivered straight to your front door. Amazing!
When is the next Ocado Baby & Toddler Event?
The last Ocado baby event ran between 22nd April and 19th May 2026. The next one is predicted for September 2026.
Sainsbury’s Baby Event 2026
Sainsbury’s also hosts baby and toddler events in-store and online throughout the year. You can save money on baby formula, nappies, and those all important kids snacks.
Make sure you have a Nectar card, as there are even more offers exclusively available to Nectar card holders.
When is the next Sainsbury’s Baby Event?
The latest Sainsbury’s baby event was 5th May 2026. Sainsbury’s are quite unpredictable so the next date isn’t known yet. I’ll update this post as soon as I have more information.
Tesco Baby & Toddler Event 2026
Tesco also regularly runs baby and toddler event sales throughout the year, with savings available on nappies, wipes, formula, and baby clothing and accessories.
When is the next Tesco & Toddler Baby Event?
Tesco normally runs three baby events yearly: January, spring, and summer. The last event was 7th April 2026. The next baby sale is due late July/early August.
What other shops have baby events?
There are also a few high street stores that offer exclusive baby discounts during their own baby events, which go live throughout the year.
Argos Baby Event 2026
Argos hosts one of the most popular baby event sales, with discounts on pushchairs, cots, car seats, feeding essentials and baby toys. You can save up to a whopping 50% on brands like Tommee Tippee, Joie and Silver Cross.
When is the next Argos Baby Event?
Argos only has one main baby event each year, which runs around mid-August. So keep your eye on this one!
Boots Baby Event 2026
Boots is another popular store for discounts on baby essentials, nursery products, feeding accessories, baby skincare products, and pushchairs.
You can also get exclusive offers with Boots Parenting Club offers, Advantage Card points boosts, and multi-buy deals during the event.

The last confirmed Boots baby sale was 8th January 2026. The next predicted date is late July (previous years have been 24th).
B&M Baby Event 2026
B&M’s exciting baby event features offers on every day baby essentials like wipes, nappies, baby food, toys, and even nursery furniture. As if it wasn’t already cheap enough?!
When is the next B&M Baby Event?
B&M’s events typically run twice a year, one launching just after the New Year and a major spring event starting late March or April.
Matalan £5 and Under Baby Event
Matalan’s £5 and under baby sale is super popular, offering newborn and toddler clothing, baby grows and sleepsuits, bibs, muslin cloths, socks and accessories, with many items priced at £5 or less.
It’s a great way to stock up on baby clothes for a new season!
When is the next Matalan £5 and Under Baby Sale?
Matalan hosts a range of these events all year round. The main times these are boosted throughout the year are during Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter to get rid of excess stock.
Which supermarket baby event is the best?
In my opinion, different places offer the best deals on various baby products. So I would say:
- Asda is the best for baby clothing
- Aldi is amazing for smaller bits like bibs, weaning snacks, toys, etc.
- Tesco is really good for saving money on branded stuff like Pampers nappies
It’s really up to you and your personal preference, though!
How long do baby event sales last?
These types of sales usually last for around two to four weeks in stores and online. However, if a certain offer catches your eye, you best snap it up quick! Bigger items like prams and car seats can sell out much faster. And once they’re gone, they’re gone…
Can I shop baby events online?
Yes! Most supermarkets and retailers offer the same deals in-store and online, with the exception of places like Aldi, Lidl, and B&M, who mainly feature offers exclusively in their shops. Sometimes Aldi lets you order bigger items online, though, so it’s always worth checking…
Top tips for shopping baby events
Here are some super savvy tips to maximise your savings at baby and toddler events:
- Make sure you sign up to loyalty schemes and baby clubs to save even more
- Use cashback sites and cashback apps to earn money back when you shop the sales
- Compare prices and read reviews before you shop to avoid buyers remorse
- Shop early on the opening day of the event to make sure you get what you need, as some shops only stock limited big ticket items that sell out fast!
- Look for bundle deals on bottles, nappies and wipes e.g. BOGOF and 3 for 2 offers
Finally, try not to get swept up by all the bargains. I know I’ve definitely been tempted by a few good deals on baby products in the past. (I’m looking at you, Dockatot!) It’s only a good deal if your little one actually needs it…
