Free Emma’s Diary Gift Packs – What’s Inside & How To Claim (2023)
Emma’s Diary have been offering mums-to-be helpful and supportive advice for 27 years now. One of the main things they’re best known for is their free Emma’s Diary gift packs, which I picked up myself when I was pregnant with Rose.
As far as baby freebies go, these are probably one of the best things to collect in my opinion!

What are Emma’s Diary gift packs?
Emma’s Diary gift packs are packs you can collect from Argos or Boots, which contain a selection of samples, full-sized baby and pregnancy freebies, coupons, and leaflets.
How many Emma’s Diary packs can you claim?
There are three Emma’s Diary gift packs up for grabs:
- Mum To Be
- Bump To Baby
- New Family
Can you collect all the packs at the same time?
Yes! You can if they have them all in stock. If either store doesn’t have certain packs, I would suggest picking up the ones that are available and finding another local participating shop to try and claim the missing packs.
I went to Boots initially, but they only had the New Family packs left. Luckily, my nearest Argos was on the same retail park (right next door actually!) So I popped in and managed to pick up the Mum To Be and Bump To Baby packs.

How to get Emma’s Diary gift packs
Collecting your free packs is really easy. Simply register with Emma’s Diary here or download the app. Log in and print your vouchers or load them on your phone and head to your nearest Boots or Argos.
Get them to scan the vouchers and they will give hand over your free packs. Easy, right?!
Can you collect the packs more than once?
No, unfortunately not. Once you have claimed each pack using your unique barcode, you cannot claim these again. I really wouldn’t recommend creating various accounts to try and claim more.
This is really unfair, as the packs are not always that easy to get hold of and it’s not very fair on anyone else if you collect multiple packs.
Are the packs worth picking up?
I would say 100% yes! There are a lot of leaflets and junk mail included, but the freebies are pretty generous.
I packed the nappies, wipes, nappy cream, and breast pads in my hospital bag, as they were the perfect size for my bag.
They also save you time and money during the first few days so you can just enjoy that quality time with your newborn.
